Getting Started
AURA is designed to be simple and intuitive. No account or sign-in is required.
If you are new to the app:
- Open AURA on your iPhone
- Review the introductory information
- Begin using the Today screen to complete daily tasks and reflections
Common Questions
Does AURA require an account or login?
No. AURA does not require account creation or login. All features are available immediately after installation.
Where is my data stored?
All data entered into AURA is stored locally on your device. AURA does not upload or sync data to external servers.
How do notifications work?
AURA uses optional local notifications to remind you:
- In the morning
- In the afternoon
- In the evening to rate your day
Notifications can be turned on or off at any time via your iPhone’s Settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your data as a CSV file using the in-app export tools.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. AURA includes in-app options to clear notes, entries, or reset all locally stored data.
Troubleshooting
Notifications are not appearing
Please check:
- iPhone Settings ? Notifications ? AURA
- Ensure notifications are allowed
- Ensure Focus or Do Not Disturb modes are not blocking alerts
The app isn’t behaving as expected
Try:
- Closing and reopening the app
- Restarting your device
- Ensuring you are running the latest version of iOS and AURA
